We've played close to 20 games of it by now – more than any other game I've ever played! – and it's been tremendously fun.

My comments on its shortcomings were just to say that I think a great game could be even better: I would be very happy with an updated version with some tidying up of the text, together with some more and better explanations/clarifications and examples. Failing this, I'd be satisfied with a regularly updated FAQ-document.Jonas Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03104129336412766484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7745163844304609941.post-67404786815607834072014-11-19T14:14:02.334+01:002014-11-19T14:14:02.334+01:00Cheers Rodger!Cheers Rodger!Jonas Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03104129336412766484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7745163844304609941.post-56578484583549381012014-11-19T14:13:51.327+01:002014-11-19T14:13:51.327+01:00Thanks Michael!

We have completed a campaign of Dux Britt. and have now started a new one. The campaign set up is awesome and is the real strength of the rules, but the rules themselves have holes big enough to drive a truck through them. No question a full updated errata would be very useful on the TFL blog or website. I've heard CoC is much tighter written which is good so I hope Rich helps us out with the Dux Britt. issues. Don't get me wrong we enjoy the game, but would appreciate some clarity to enjoy it even more.

As for your games they look fantastic! I haven't tried the Dux rules yet, but will probably go on my gut feeling, which draws me towards Lion Rampant. But I do agree, quick refs or FAQ sheets should be standard to any rule book. Nothing more tiresome than to pause an ongoing game to flip through the rulebook. Seems like building rules is somewhat like building engines. You can build big or small, but the tricky part is to get the damn thing to actually run smooth.
